# Atlanta Fed GDPNow: release dates, results and history

Atlanta Fed GDPNow last printed 3.7% on Thu, Oct 1, 2026 against a 3.7% prior. Captured live by Helious the moment it printed.

GDPNow is a running estimate of growth in the quarter now under way. A model rebuilds it after every data input and no one adjusts the answer by hand. Traders quote it as shorthand for where growth is tracking, and a sharp revision makes headlines and moves risk sentiment, most of all early in the quarter. It is noisy at that stage, and it settles as more of the quarter's data lands.

    NEXT RELEASE
Released updated 6-8 times per month after major data inputs, usually around Typically 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM ET on input-release days. The desk posts the print the second it lands.

## The trend

        OFFICIAL SERIES · LAST 36 OBSERVATIONS · % NOWCAST

    +37.0%0-32.1%

  2017-102026-07

The official published series at its current vintage, revisions included, so the newest point can differ from the number as first printed. The release-by-release history, with the consensus forecast and standard-deviation surprise on every row, comes through the [Helious API](https://helious.io/developers/).

## How it moves Treasuries

A big downward revision feeds the growth-scare bid in Treasuries, money running into government paper because growth looks shaky. Upward lurches lean bearish. Either way the nowcast is amplifying whatever the data release behind it already did rather than landing as a shock of its own. See it scored live on the [Helious desk](https://helious.io/),
