# Cancel or Change Your Subscription

Cancel whenever you want. You keep the terminal through the end of the period you've paid for: no lock-in, no fee.

## Cancel anytime: no lock-in

Helious is month-to-month. There's no contract, no minimum term, and no cancellation fee. Cancel whenever it suits you and the subscription simply stops renewing. You manage this from your account on the [terminal](https://helious.io/).

## You keep access through the paid period

Canceling doesn't cut you off mid-month. You keep full Pro access: the [live feed](https://helious.io/), release breakdowns, [auction analysis](https://helious.io/auctions), Fed-speak, squawk, and alerts, right through the end of the period you've already paid for. At the renewal date the plan lapses and you're not charged again.

## Failed payments and dunning

If a renewal charge fails, we don't kill access on the first try. We run a short dunning window and retry the card so a temporary decline or an expired card doesn't lock you out of the desk on a live auction day. Update your card in your account to clear it, or reach [contact](https://helious.io/contact) if a charge looks wrong.

## Resubscribing

Come back whenever. Resubscribing from the [terminal](https://helious.io/) turns the full terminal back on immediately: there's no re-onboarding and nothing to reconfigure. If you were also in the affiliate program, note that canceling and rejoining voids your original referral link.

### What happens if my renewal payment fails?

Access isn't cut off on the first failed charge. A short dunning retry window runs first, so a temporary decline doesn't lock you out. Update your card to clear it.

### Can I resubscribe after canceling?

Yes, anytime from the [terminal](https://helious.io/). The full terminal turns back on immediately. If you were an affiliate, canceling and rejoining voids your original referral link.
