Helious A2A agent

This URL is an Agent-to-Agent (A2A) endpoint. Point an A2A client at it and ask the Helious desk about US markets in plain words: Treasury yields and the curve regime, the economic calendar with surprise scoring in standard deviations, auction results including the tail, Fed rate-cut odds, FX momentum, the volatility board and cross-asset correlations. Every answer comes back as a plain sentence with the source page beside it.

You do not need a key to start. The sample tier answers without one.

Agent card

An A2A client reads the agent card first and finds this URL inside it, so pointing the client at https://helious.io/.well-known/agent-card.json is enough. The same desk is reachable as an MCP server at https://helious.io/mcp. The full reference at https://helious.io/developers/ covers how to mint a key and what each plan opens up. Agents can read the short setup guide at https://helious.io/auth.md themselves.

The 19 skills

  • market-context Why the market is moving

The whole cross-asset board (equities, the Treasury curve, FX, volatility, commodities), the scored economic releases behind it, the Helious desk's read on what is driving the session (event-driven, flow-driven or quiet), and the regime yields and stocks have actually been trading in.

  • us-treasury-rates US Treasury rates and the curve

Treasury yields, the 2s10s and other spreads, and whether the curve is bull or bear steepening or flattening right now.

  • treasury-curve-full The whole Treasury curve

Every point on the US Treasury curve from the 3 month bill to the 30 year bond, with the session's daily closes.

  • economic-calendar Economic calendar and scored releases

Economic releases with forecast, prior and the actual once it prints, plus Fed speakers and auction times, for the US, euro area, UK and Japan.

  • economic-series One economic series in depth

A single US economic series such as CPI or nonfarm payrolls: the latest print, the forecast, the surprise in standard deviations, and the history.

  • treasury-auctions US Treasury auction results

Auction results including high yield, bid-to-cover, the tail against the when-issued yield, and the buyer split.

  • fx-momentum FX momentum board

Seven major currencies scored for momentum against the basket, newest reading plus the recent boards.

  • volatility Implied volatility board

VIX and the other implied volatility gauges with their one year percentile.

  • correlations Cross-asset correlations

Correlation matrix across stocks, bonds, the dollar, gold and oil over 30 to 120 day windows.

  • hormuz-transits Strait of Hormuz shipping

Ships through the Strait of Hormuz per day, split tanker and cargo, measured first-hand from live ship tracking.

  • nasdaq-100 NASDAQ-100 session board and single names

The NASDAQ-100 ranked best to worst on the session, or one company's price, session move and rank on the board. Covers every NDX constituent by ticker.

  • earnings Mega-cap earnings dates and EPS

When a US mega-cap reports, whether the date is confirmed, whether it prints before the open or after the close, the consensus EPS, and the reported EPS with its beat or miss once it lands.

  • fed-roster The FOMC roster

Who sits on the FOMC, who votes this year, their lean, and their upcoming speeches.

  • desk-feed The Helious feed

What Helious has published (releases with their surprise, auction results, board updates, the daily brief and live squawk lines) and the wire headlines it carries, each with a score for bonds and one for stocks and Helious's plain-English read, and no headline naming its outlet.

  • live-events Transcribed live events

Live events Helious transcribed in the last week, such as Fed press conferences and briefings.

  • yield-closes Official yield closes

The 17:00 New York Treasury yield close for each session, as Helious recorded it at the time.

  • curve-history Curve regime history

Every past curve regime flip with its time, what it flipped from, and how that session closed.

  • series-index Which series Helious tracks

Every US economic series Helious tracks, with the slug used to ask for one.

  • access-and-plans Plans, limits and how to get more

What the caller's current tier allows, the full plan ladder, and the exact steps a person takes to get more.

If you are sending JSON-RPC rather than reading, POST to this same URL. A GET that asks for application/json comes back 405 with allow: POST, because the agent is stateless and holds no session to stream over.
