Squawk audio isn't playing
The squawk is a paid, noise-cleaned live audio feed. When it goes quiet, it's almost always one of three things: an unlocked browser autoplay gate, a tier check, or a stale socket. Here's the order to work through them. -
Alerts aren't firing
Helious alerts are server-side and regime-aware, but they only fire on symbols you've explicitly armed, and only when a move clears the threshold. If your alerts are quiet, it's usually arming, a threshold that's too high for the tape, or the tape genuinely being dead. -
Data looks missing or stale
Helious captures releases seconds after they hit and stamps everything with a provenance state and a timestamp. When something looks missing or stale, it's usually capture timing, a provenance state you're reading as a gap, or a display that needs a refresh. -
