Helious is month-to-month. You cancel from your account on the [terminal](/) and the subscription stops renewing. There's no contract and no minimum term, and canceling costs nothing.
You keep access until the period ends
Canceling doesn't cut you off mid-month. You keep full Pro access to the end of the period you've already paid for, so the [live feed](/) carries on as normal, and so do release breakdowns, auction analysis, Fed-speak, squawk and alerts. On the renewal date the plan lapses and you're not charged again.
If a renewal payment fails
A declined card doesn't end your access on the spot. We retry it over a short window first. Billing people call that window dunning, and it means a temporary decline or an expired card doesn't lock you out of the desk on a live auction day.
Update your card in your account and the retry clears it. If the charge itself looks wrong, tell us through contact.
Coming back later
Resubscribe from the [terminal](/) whenever you want and full access is back immediately. There's no onboarding to sit through again and nothing to reconfigure.
If you were in the affiliate program, though, canceling and rejoining voids your original referral link.
